Sometimes that desire is so strong that one may seek that connection in an unhealthy relationship. Effective communication is at the center of all that we do. Sometimes we leave these conversations frustrated, confused, or accomplished. Do we take time and reexamine ourselves and see if we are truly communicating effectively? Are we holding two-way conversations or are we just doing all the talking?
